Upload Procedure for Contributing Photographers
If you are one of our awesome contributing photographers and need to upload photos from an event, this is the procedure you need to follow:
- First, please edit your material before you upload to our site. Eliminate all photos that are over/under exposed or out of focus. Then, if necessary, crop you photos using your favorite photo editing software.
- When you have your photos ready, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you need to upload event photos. Tom or Tracy will then create a gallery and assign a password to allow you access to the SmugMug uploader. Please note, your assigned password is a single use password. When you finish uploading, your assigned password will be deleted. If you shoot another event, we will assign a new password.
- After you upload your photos, please remember to email Tom or Tracy to let us know you are finished with your upload so we can complete a few housekeeping details to the new gallery.
